Leah Yasko serves as director of implementation & client experience, bringing over two decades of healthcare industry expertise, including eight years of specialized experience in workers’ compensation. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in developing and implementing medical utilization management programs both domestically and internationally.

A recognized innovator in the field, Leah has distinguished herself through the creation of pharmacy programs that prioritize safe, intelligent, and cost-effective prescribing practices for injured employees. Since joining Preferred Medical in November 2018, she has elevated the client onboarding experience as the primary liaison for new partnerships across bill review, PBM, and ancillary services.

As the “face of Preferred” during client transitions, Leah excels at identifying and addressing unique client requirements, ensuring a seamless integration into the Preferred family. Beyond implementation, she plays a vital role in driving internal program improvements, consistently focusing on enhancing the overall client experience.
